Creative Director, Design

Summary

Vanta is seeking a Creative Director to lead their creative team, expand their brand identity, execute campaigns, differentiate their brand, and ensure high-quality creative output. The role requires 10+ years of Brand Design experience, 5+ years of managing and mentoring creative teams, a strong portfolio with B2B SaaS examples, curiosity for or experience in cybersecurity and/or compliance, and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Brand Design experience
• 5+ years of managing and mentoring high-performing creative teams
• A killer portfolio of previous work, ideally with strong B2B SaaS examples
• Curiosity for or experience in cybersecurity and/or compliance
• Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships across UX Design, PMM, Growth Marketing, and more
• Experience working with external agencies and contractors (and a rolodex of proven partners)

Responsibilities

• Oversee both the internal team of Art Directors and Designers and external network of agencies and freelancers
• Expand brand identity to ensure its appeal and relevance for Vanta’s broad set of customer personas
• Cultivate and execute novel concepts for brand activations and campaigns across digital, video, social, and experiential
• Communicate and present design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders
• Work closely with Growth, PMM, Product Design, and Content to scale, measure and iterate campaigns
• Ensure all creative output is cohesive and aligned with the brand’s core objectives, vision, and tone
