Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director within an agency or tech industry
- Proficiency in visual and brand design, including expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms
- Exceptional copywriting and narrative development skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand and campaign stories
- Deep expertise in campaign production, including video, digital, and print mediums
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional cross-team collaboration and communication skills, fostering alignment across functions
- Natural creative with a strong portfolio showcasing work across visual design, video, brand, and copy
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Design, Communications) or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of creatives, fostering innovation and excellence in visual, narrative, and campaign design
- Own the end-to-end creative process, from concept to execution, across multiple disciplines including brand, campaigns, and event branding
- Develop conceptual pitch decks to present and sell ideas and concepts to stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Craft and oversee the production of campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy and business objectives
- Partner with social teams to elevate and innovate across our social media presence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to create cohesive, impactful creative deliverables
- Elevate SentinelOne’s brand presence through exceptional storytelling, design, and campaign production
- Build and manage strong relationships with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative projects
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Present concepts, ideas, and campaign plans to executive leadership, articulating creative vision and strategy
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative approaches to the creative process
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology industries is a strong plus
