Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 2 creatives to develop engaging and visually captivating content tailored for social media platforms
• Manage and mentor a small team, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing regular feedback to foster professional growth and high-quality creative output

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience setting up creative user testing and research
• Video or storyboarding experience
• Video editing, motion, illustration or photography skills
