Visual Designer

Summary

The Visual Designer will lead the development of visual concepts and design strategies for influencer and social media marketing campaigns, as well as contribute to Creator Deck's own visual identity. They will collaborate with the customer success team and clients to define and execute visual needs, manage relationships with vendors, and drive the visual direction of the agency’s brand identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience in leading design projects from concept to execution
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and the role of design in influencer marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of visual concepts and design strategies for campaigns
• Collaborate with the customer success team and clients to define and execute the visual needs campaigns
• Oversee the design and production of all visual assets, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Oversee the physical production design process, managing relationships with vendors, printers, and other external partners to ensure high-quality output
• Manage the visual design for the agency’s social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence across all platforms
• Drive the visual direction of the agency’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video editing, motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or UI/UX design
• Familiarity with branding and identity design
• Interest or experience in the beauty and fashion industry
