Requirements
- Have project management experience
- Have creative production experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns
- Have a background in producing for social media, digital media and other creative media
- Have agency experience
- Be comfortable using task-management tools like Asana, Jira, Airtable and more
- Have strong Google Sheets & Google Doc Skills
- Be able to thrive in a remote environment
- Have effective oral and written communication skills
- Have experience planning and sourcing for video and photo shoots
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production process of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from pre-production planning to final delivery
- Suggest and implement efficient workflows and ways of working to streamline and innovate the creative process - in collaboration with creative leadership
- Manage project budgets and dates, ensuring cost-effective production, with a fluid and effective schedule
- Coordinate and source production partners, location, talent, props and more for photo and video shoots, supporting the vision of creative directors and team
- Supervise the maintenance of the project status tracker and ensure that teams are well-informed regarding the status of the project and that clients provide any necessary information or assets
- Organize meetings, record notes and manage email and other forms of internal and external communication; as well as manage files via our file storage tool, Google Drive
- Manage and organize assets and deliverables
- Organize work and focus - and motivate - the team on what needs to be accomplished
