Summary

This remote position is open to candidates located anywhere in Canada (excluding Quebec). Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital creative production, project management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing the production of digital content and assets across various platforms
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike)
  • Strong interest in technology and engineering principles, with the ability to engage in technical discussions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A consistent track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional and client relationships - working with engineers, designers, product, marketing partners, etc. to drive outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, engineers, and product and marketing teams to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in developing projects from brief to launch, coordinating creative assets, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards
  • Engage with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and feasibility, helping to bridge the gap between creative and technical aspects of projects
  • Ensure all projects are thoroughly tested and reviewed before launch, maintaining high standards for user experience and functionality
  • Identify areas for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize project workflows
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work with cross-functional partners to create and optimize landing pages
  • Contribute to updating our home page
  • Add features such as A/B testing to self-service tools
