Responsibilities include creating branded graphics for various platforms, editing video content, drafting show notes, engaging with social media comments, guiding leads through DMs, and assisting with scheduling posts. The ideal candidate possesses proficiency in Canva Pro or Adobe Express, familiarity with Descript, strong attention to detail, and a keen eye for visual design. This role requires translating spiritual or Human Design language into visually appealing content. Requirements

• Canva Pro or Adobe Express (required)
• Familiarity with Descript or willingness to learn (light editing)
• Strong attention to detail in layout, spacing, and formatting
• Visual flair that aligns with your brand’s bold, intuitive, powerful, clean aesthetic
• Ability to translate spiritual or Human Design language into clean visuals

Responsibilities

• Create branded graphics for: Landing pages, YouTube thumbnails and banners, Evergreen digital products (workbooks, guides, PDFs)
• Edit short-form and long-form video content (supporting Descript editing, adding intros/outros, preparing for upload)
• Draft show notes or episode captions in your brand voice (can use AI as a first pass and refine)
• Respond to comments on scheduled social posts (using your tone + ChatGPT prompts) and funnel conversations to DMs
• Guide leads in the DMs to one of 3 places: Book a call via Calendly, Join the free Tuesday call, Pull their Human Design chart / free opt-in
• Assist with scheduling posts, choosing optimal times, and ensuring graphic cohesion
