Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, particularly with lead generation campaigns
- Proven success with Facebook Ads Manager and other social platforms
- Experience creating, optimizing, and managing Lookalike and retargeting campaigns
- Strong understanding of advertising analytics, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation
- Ability to design basic creative assets and write compelling ad copy
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Must be self-sufficient with IT setup and capable of working independently with accountability

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok (optional/test basis)
- Generate high-quality, finance-ready leads within a 200-mile radius of the dealership’s location
- Create compelling and engaging ad content, graphics, and copy tailored to specific vehicle listings
- Use Facebook Pixel and tracking tools to build Lookalike Audiences and remarketing campaigns
- Set lead qualification criteria (e.g., income, employment, driving license) and apply them to ad targeting
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using social media analytics and insights
- Work with the client to optimize and iterate campaigns based on lead approval and engagement results
- Monitor and respond to leads from AutoTrader, CarGurus, and other portals as needed
- Assist in performance reporting and provide strategic insights and recommendations for scaling
- Collaborate with client-side team on content strategies, performance goals, and adjustments
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required—must be able to adapt quickly to the niche
- AutoTrader, CarGurus (familiarity is a plus)
