Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Credentialing & Payer Enrollment Specialist at Verifiable, a fast-growing healthcare technology company. The role involves working with clients in the healthcare industry, managing both credentialing and payer enrollment tasks, and improving workflows and processes. The position requires relevant experience in credentialing management, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and proficiency in using Google Suite, Adobe, and ideally Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool.

Requirements

• Have experience successfully enrolling providers with public and private payers
• Have 1+ years of relevant Credentialing Management experience (i.e., Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers) and ideally are familiar with NCQA standards

Responsibilities

• Ensure payer enrollments are submitted and approved timely
• Manage outreach to payers for follow-up and provide regular, detailed updates to customers on the status of enrollment applications
• Collaborate cross-team with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the way we work
