Requirements

• You must be enrolled in your final year at a Technical High School in Costa Rica
• Knowledge of Excel at basic level
• Proficiency in English
• You like making sure things are correct and organized
• You're curious and like solving problems – you enjoy asking questions and figuring things out
• Focused mindset and understanding deadlines – even when things get busy
• You're a team player and enjoy working with others

Responsibilities

• Help the team review all clients to make sure they meet company standards and follow legal guidelines
• Help gather and organize documents to help verify that clients are using services responsibly and legally
• Learn how to explain important rules to clients about how they can use credit information properly
• Practice using tools like Salesforce to update client records and help keep information accurate
• Support team members with special tasks and projects that help improve how we work
• Work with different departments to help set up new clients and provide support where needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Some experience with Salesforce (a tool we use to manage client info)
• Web query knowledge
