Requirements

  • Intermediate computer literacy skills, quick and efficient typing skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite is important
  • Good judgment with a highly developed sense of integrity and ability to consistently adhere to company and department guidelines and accurately apply policies and procedures to various situations
  • Superior time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills; able to work under deadline constraints while completing work accurately and efficiently
  • Effective problem solver, able to research issues and resolve challenges with minimal supervision
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

  • Contact creditors for information or settlement
  • Work through an assigned list, such as the expired settlement list
  • Review scrub lists for accuracy
  • Letter reconciliation
  • Maintain professionalism; reliable, punctual, tactful, considerate of others, and practice open communication
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
