Summary

Join Americor as a Creditors Relations Agent and work remotely within the U.S. in a fast-paced environment. You will manage assigned creditor lists, process emails, ensure settlement letters are received, and provide performance information to leadership. Responsibilities include working through the full list exchange process with creditors, providing analytical information, overseeing department reports, identifying process improvements, and assisting with implementing new procedures. Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite is important
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills, quick and efficient typing skills
  • Good judgment with a highly developed sense of integrity and ability to consistently adhere to company and department guidelines and accurately apply policies and procedures to various situations
  • Superior attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and organizational skills; able to work under deadline constraints while completing work accurately and efficiently
  • Effective problem solver, able to research issues and resolve challenges with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Work with assigned creditors on the full list exchange process
  • Provide analytical information as requested by leadership
  • Distribute and oversee department reports for accuracy: research, identify, and address any discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities for improvement for intricate scrubs and communicate them to upper management
  • Assist with implementing new processes and procedures
  • Creditor meetings may be attended to communicate the status of the scrub exchanges and areas for improvement
  • Maintain professionalism; reliable, punctual, tactful, considerate of others, and practices open communication
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-year administrative experience in a financial industry preferred
  • Experience in a financial services industry is a plus
  • Previous Debt Settlement experience is a plus
