Critical Incident Responder

Summary

Join HealthHero's Critical Incident Response team as an Affiliate Counsellor. This role offers a flexible opportunity to supplement your existing practice by providing onsite and remote support to corporate clients. As a CISM-trained counsellor registered with IACP, APCP, IAHIP, NAPCP, ICP, or PSI, you'll be part of a network of freelance clinicians delivering high-quality mental health services across the UK. The position requires a minimum of 450 post-qualification supervised client hours and experience with diverse corporate clients. HealthHero provides full onboarding training, competitive fees covering travel and subsistence, and utilizes a BACS automated payment system.

Requirements

• Be a registered Counsellor IACP, APCP, IAHIP, NAPCP, ICP, PSI (or equivalent)
• Be CISM trained
• Have a Recognised Diploma qualification in Counselling (Level 4 minimum)
• Have Minimum 450 hours post-qualification, supervised client hours
• Be Experienced in a similar role providing contracted counselling and managing own caseload
• Have IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic clinical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide Onsite and or Remote Support for other companies and/or EAPs
• Conduct Regular debriefs post- delivery of onsite and remote support
