CRM Admin, Migration Specialist

Requirements

• Proven experience working in or with an organization that has led an end-to-end CRM migration
• HubSpot superuser
• Demonstrated track record of strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to analyze and map data fields between CRMs, understand reporting needs, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation during the migration
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead an end-to-end CRM migration
• Perform system mapping
• Define key processes and workflows
• Define properties
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation
• Analyze the HubSpot instance
• Support a comprehensive end-to-end migration
• Collaborate with a larger team in coordinating and executing on an end-to-end CRM migration
• Analyze and map data fields between CRMs
• Understand reporting needs
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation during the migration

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of 3rd party tools that integrate the CRM
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Foundational understanding of the SaaS business model, including typical revenue streams and operational processes
