Requirements

  • A degree (e.g. in business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics) or comparable training (e.g. IT Systems)
  • Relevant professional experience in customer relationship management and the system-side mapping of processes
  • Experience in sales and marketing / service / customer service and the associated processes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Sales force/ other comparable CRM systems and the specification of system requirements (user stories, e.g. in Atlassian Jira)
  • Very good knowledge of English, as well as the ability to formulate abstract content precisely in writing
  • Detail orientation combined with high analytical skills, IT affinity as well as customer and service orientation round off your profile

Responsibilities

  • Optimize global CRM processes and define solution concepts as user stories (Atlassian JIRA)
  • Focus on one Microsoft Dynamics 365 module, i.e. Sales, Field Service or Customer Service/Sales force/ other comparable CRM systems to become a process specialist
  • Involvement in reviewing new business requirements from the global user community (41 country organizations)
  • Formulate functional user stories in Atlassian Jira and hand them over to solution architects for technical specification
  • You are in close exchange with the IT solution architects and developers and jointly develop the best solution approach
  • Analysis of reported system bugs as 3rd level support
  • Preparing user stories for bug fixes
  • Presentation in sprint refinement meetings and explanation of the requirement to developers
  • Prioritization of daily tasks in coordination with the release manager - adherence to the agreed roadmap
  • Prior to productive deployment, testing and approval for final release
  • Documentation of new solutions and functions for the user community in release notes
  • If necessary presentation of more complex adjustments in community calls / training sessions

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally initial experience with agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum)
