We are seeking a Senior CRO and UX Strategist to drive conversion rates and enhance user experiences. The role involves strategic planning, hands-on design, user experience optimization, A/B testing, stakeholder engagement, market research, and more.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design and conversion rate optimization
• Strong expertise in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies for design and optimization
• Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and creating user personas and journeys
• A diverse portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects and successful CRO case studies
• Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• A/B testing platform experience
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience working in an agile development environment
