Summary

Token Metrics is seeking a creative and motivated copywriter to research, understand, and set growth goals for the company, identify growth opportunities, design experiments, implement projects, use data analytics, report on initiatives, replicate successful strategies, and have experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and B2C/B2B email marketing (preferred). The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in advertising, journalism, marketing, or a related field and copywriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Researching and understanding the company's long-term goals
• Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business
• Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company
• Identifying growth opportunities for the company
• Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business
• Implementing projects to achieve growth goals for the company
• Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies
• Ensuring that resources inside and outside the business improve growth
• Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders
• Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Experience with and/or interest in crypto
• SEO and SEM knowledge
• Demonstrate experience with strategic B2C/B2B email marketing and creating paid marketing content
