Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CTO to drive key strategic initiatives and optimize decision-making processes
• Amplify Malt’s tech culture and foster AI adoption across the company, ensuring teams leverage cutting-edge innovations
• Accelerate data-driven decision-making by improving the quality, accessibility, and impact of insights
• Help scale and optimize the efficiency of the tech and product organization through better processes, collaboration, and operational improvements by in-depth analysis
• Coordinate and innovate on internal and external communications, help streamline communication and knowledge-sharing across engineering teams
• Day to day coordination of CTO agenda, meetings and external events
