Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of company offsites and team events
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, scheduling, and vendor coordination
  • Create engaging virtual and in-person team building activities
  • Develop and maintain event budgets
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement company culture strategies
  • Design and execute cultural programs that align with company values
  • Create opportunities for team building and cross-departmental collaboration
  • Assist with special initiatives across PeopleOps, Talent, and Chief of Staff functions
  • Provide backup support for critical operational tasks when needed
  • Contribute to strategic projects that enhance company operations and culture
  • Lead the coordination and management of bi-weekly All Hands meetings
  • Proactively reach out to the #all-hands-agenda Slack channel to gather presentation requests
  • Work closely with leadership to structure and maintain meeting agendas
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of meeting items
  • Manage and maintain the #milestones Slack channel
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly announcements for birthdays, work anniversaries, and company events
  • Create and maintain engagement through various communication channels
