Requirements

  • 5+ years in data analysis or business intelligence roles with customer-facing responsibilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience with automation tools
  • Experience working with customer data and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are a must
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Independence and Initiative: Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Attention to Detail: High precision in data handling and reporting
  • Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management: Understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver tailored solutions where appropriate, pushing back where it is not
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Create insightful visualizations and reports to support business insights and deliver performance data reporting
  • Client Engagement: Gather information, provide updates on investigations, and build client governance reporting
  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Make data-driven recommendations and handle follow-up queries
  • Data Collection and Integration: Design and run ETL processes for clean, accurate, and consistent data
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the Product team to support requirements gathering and validation to drive automation and product improvements. Support testing of solutions. Collaborate with Customer Success/Delivery Managers and Key Account Managers to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn, engagement, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Statistical Analysis and Predictive Modelling: Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models. Segment customer data to support client-driven engagement strategies
  • Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is beneficial
  • Experience in payments and authentication is beneficial
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
