Responsibilities

  • Have an empathic demeanour
  • Deal with challenging customer complaints
  • Communicate all information clearly and in a timely manner, to both the customers and their Team Leader
  • Demonstrate drive, determination, enthusiasm
  • Maintain SLAs by answering calls and replying to customer emails
