Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • 1+ years of experience in email/chat-based customer support
  • The ability to juggle issue resolution and concise communication
  • Evening and weekend availability, with flexibility to accommodate varying shifts based on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Represent Tilt with a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Provide outstanding support via email and chat
  • Quickly address and resolve customer concerns related to onboarding, orders, payments, fulfillment, etc
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost diligence
  • Share recurring customer feedback and trends with the team to enhance processes and fix root causes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry
