Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience implementing investment management software in a customer-facing capacity, with expertise in portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of financial markets, including institutional and HNW investment workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver tailored training sessions effectively
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Apps and MS Excel
Responsibilities
- Engage customer leaders to understand, design, and implement strategic workflows across the investment management lifecycle
- Configure and test Ridgeline’s software to align with customer objectives, including data migration, reconciliation, portfolio accounting validation, and report customization
- Develop expertise in the investment management domain to ensure clients maximize the potential of Ridgeline’s solutions
- Collaborate with technical integration consultants to design, build, and deploy effective customer integrations
- Partner with engineering and product management to identify and resolve software bugs and drive the development of new features
- Contribute to the creation of scalable tools and templates that enhance data migration and integration processes
- Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative, transparent work environment rooted in continuous learning
- Act as a Ridgeline ambassador, articulating the value of the technology to external stakeholders
- Travel domestically up to 20% to foster strong customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Slack, JIRA, or Confluence
- Chartered Financial Analyst designation
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
- Familiarity with AWS, APIs, and serverless technologies
