Customer Experience Specialist

Summary

Join Too Good To Go, a company fighting food waste, as a Customer Experience Specialist! Based in Poland, this fully remote position requires excellent customer service skills in Polish and English. You will be the main point of contact for users and partners, resolving inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media. Requirements

• You have previous experience in Customer Service
• You are fully proficient in Polish and English
• You are located in Poland
• You’re a first-class and inspiring communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high
• You have experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP
• You are a team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with our users and partners
• You are detail-oriented and stay focussed even when you have to handle repetitive tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone
• You will answer all questions through mail, chat and some of our SSMM tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store and Trustpilot)
• You will be our best ambassador by embodying the philosophy and tone of our brand
• You will collaborate closely with other teams to spot challenges early on and enhance efficiency
• You will be the main point of contact for our partners and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Being fully proficient in other languages will be a plus!
• Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry will be a plus
• You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a global team
