Customer Intelligence Analyst

You will be responsible for understanding and fulfilling customer requirements, conducting internet searches for fraudulent content, and analyzing customer health KPIs. Requirements

• Experience in customer relationship management
• Familiarity with the G Suite package (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Google Drive
• Knowledge/Experience in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
• Basic understanding of Threat Intelligence
• Advanced/native Portuguese
• Intermediate or higher English and/or Spanish

Responsibilities

• Understanding and fulfilling customer requirements for delivering results and customer success
• Conducting internet searches for fraudulent content and threats to customers
• Completing requested deliveries within agreed-upon deadlines
• Proposing improvements in tools, processes, and product deliveries
• Conducting follow-up meetings with the customer
• Monitoring cases flagged as urgent and ensuring deliveries are being made as expected by the customer
• Analyzing customer health KPIs
• Providing training for customers to access the platform and supporting internal customer workflows for optimal platform usage

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced search skills in web browsers
• Knowledge of data analysis and SQL
• Previous experience in Threat Intelligence
