Requirements
- 5+ years in operations, support engineering, or systems integration
- Proficiency with Python scripting and working with REST or GraphQL APIs
- Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems across domains
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical liaison for customer operationsโowning onboarding, escalations, and mission support
- Build and maintain Python-based tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and monitor system health
- Interface with APIs to connect our ground systems and customer platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and mission teams to improve internal workflows and customer transparency
