Requirements

  • 5+ years in operations, support engineering, or systems integration
  • Proficiency with Python scripting and working with REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems across domains

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical liaison for customer operationsโ€”owning onboarding, escalations, and mission support
  • Build and maintain Python-based tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and monitor system health
  • Interface with APIs to connect our ground systems and customer platforms
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and mission teams to improve internal workflows and customer transparency

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with satellite ground systems, telemetry tooling, or customer SLAs
