Summary

Join Autohero's 1st Level Customer Service Team as a Customer Advisor/Call Center Agent and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with questions and concerns. Your friendly and professional approach will ensure customers feel well-cared for. Autohero is an innovative online shop for certified used cars, part of the AUTO1 Group. The role involves guiding customers from order completion to vehicle handover, collaborating with other departments, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements

• Ideally, you already have initial experience in private customer service
• You enjoy customer contact and have a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Team play and a hands-on mentality distinguish you
• You bring a positive basic attitude and a healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form - English skills are advantageous as well as confident handling of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.)

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact and accompany your customers from the completed order to the handover of the vehicle
• Research the current status of orders in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles
• Always keep an overview of the upcoming tasks and set priorities in the team
