Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing communications experience (tech industry experience a plus)
  • Exceptional English-language writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and be a team player
  • Able to work independently and part of the marketing team as a whole
  • Passion for trying new things and a strong drive towards solution-oriented problem solving
  • An understanding of key marketing metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Success (CS) leadership to identify and select customers for case studies and testimonials
  • Conduct interviews with customers to be able to produce written content from the transcript, coordinating with other team members for timezone flexibility when necessary
  • Write and publish multiple written case studies per quarter, highlighting customer successes and product use cases
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of case study creation
  • Create video case studies, working with customers and production teams to bring stories to life
  • Partner with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to determine the optimal mix of verticals and regions for case studies, refine interview questions, and update design templates
  • Collect and manage customer testimonials for use across PR, social media, blogs, and the company website
  • Work with the Customer Marketing Manager to promote case studies and testimonials across various channels
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy in storytelling
  • Coordinate and manage the monthly IT Hour, featuring rotating JumpCloud SMEs and special guests, including customers and prospects to drive customer retention and new business opportunities
  • Report out on key metrics to the wider team on a weekly basis
