Programs Manager

Summary

Requirements

• At least four (4) years of experience in a program management role
• At least two (2) years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably IT Channel
• At least two (2) years of experience in Sales/Business Development
• Proven success in creating scalable business plans to drive the business, analyzing results, and making appropriate modifications to continually improve execution
• Ability to be highly organized to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
• Ability to engage cross-functionally to collaborate and coordinate multiple projects
• Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
• Ability to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action
• Ability to design and deliver presentations in live, virtual, and/or hybrid virtual environments
• B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project management of all Microsoft Programs, drive program innovations, and develop program readiness to achieve business objectives for both partners and Pax8
• Coordinate cross departmental collaboration to create and enhance Microsoft Programs and ensure close alignment with Go to Market, Academy, Finance, Marketing, and other department peers
• Develop and continuously update a sustainable business plan for all program, using Microsoft templates and guidance from the Director of Microsoft Programs
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and updates on all Microsoft Programs to the Senior Director of Microsoft Programs for use in MBRs and program-specific calls
• Manage the strategic relationship with the Microsoft Partner Development Managers and Microsoft Business Groups ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with Pax8’s business objectives
