Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing multiple projects and client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, MS Office, WhatsApp, HelpScout, and Azure AD
- Experience with B2B clients is mandatory
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with strong motivation
- Trustworthy with sensitive information
- Experience with remote work
- Experience learning new skills and teaching others
- Experience learning new technologies
- Experience working with English-speaking clients
Responsibilities
- Learn about the client app
- Learn about event-based traceability
- Learn about the client onboarding processes
- Setup client accounts
- Support clients through onboarding
- Implement the basics of event-based traceability for new clients
- Lead clients of various sizes through detailed problem-solving
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Staff the client's support inbox
- Quickly respond to client needs and requests
- Assist with quality assurance in the client app
- Troubleshoot basic issues that arise with clients
- Report issues within the company to the Development and Customer Success teams
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a holistic positive client environment
- Document projects to build a comprehensive client knowledge ecosystem
- Maintain and edit support documentation
- Streamline company usability in collaboration with the Customer Success team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Attend Customer Success and All-Hands meetings
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in multiple languages (Chinese, French, Japanese, Malay, or Thai) is a strong plus

- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
