Customer Retention Agent

Requirements

• French C1 Level is a must

Responsibilities

• Regularly reach out to existing customers via phone, email, or chat to check on their satisfaction levels, address concerns, and gather feedback
• Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty, improve retention rates, and decrease churn
• Act as a point of contact for customers experiencing problems, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to maintain satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on all products, services, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant solutions
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that may enhance the customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems to track progress and customer history

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retention roles is preferred
