Summary
Join Instant Teams as a remote Customer Service Agent, supporting users of our educational technology product. You will respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, document interactions, and collaborate with other teams to improve our offerings. This temporary position offers paid training and a competitive hourly rate, with the potential to become permanent. The role requires 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various communication tools. The position is remote, but specific location restrictions apply.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or education sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using communication tools like Intercom, Slack and Gmail
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer support emails in a timely and professional manner
- Engage in live chat conversations with users using Intercom, providing real-time assistance and troubleshooting
- Follow up with customers in select cases to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Maintain a deep understanding of Brisk's products and services to effectively assist users
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to report bugs and suggest enhancements based on customer feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Brisk's products to provide accurate information to customers

- 1 week of paid training; Monday 12pm-8:30pm EST and Tuesday - Friday 7:30am-4pm EST
- Post Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am EST - 4:00pm EST
- $18/hour
