Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with teammates, clients, and vendors
  • Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications
  • An aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges
  • In-progress university degree or equivalent experience
  • Enjoys talking with others on the phone and video, including clients and vendors, to build supportive, collaborative, and trusting relationships
  • Proficient with technology and adapting to a variety of online platforms
  • Excellent critical thinking and prioritization skills with multiple projects and tasks
  • Proficiency in using online platforms with regular software updates
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Track record of continuous improvement and proactive actions for personal and professional growth
  • Ability to understand the needs of clients and convey them to others
  • Thrives working in a virtual environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and effective assistance over the phone
