Requirements

Responsibilities

• Learn how we deliver scripted dialogue to recruit new attorneys either through cold call (primary method), text, or email
• Work with existing network attorneys to cover all assigned hearings in a timely manner
• Answering incoming calls providing basic information regarding hearings and schedules
• Learn how the business operates quickly, and be able to make calls frequently. Portray our standards of customer support specialist
• Ability to meet or exceed specific set goals and metrics
• Daily stand-up meetings with the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with phone sales and scheduling coordination
• Strong Technical Skills
• Strong analytic capability - the ability to transform data into insight
