Summary
Join ABC Legal Services, a national leader in legal document filing services, as a Partner Experience Specialist! This remote position, based in Indiana, supports process servers by answering questions, resolving issues, managing work distribution, and addressing performance concerns. You will utilize our in-house application, Skye, to monitor order dispatch and fulfillment, and maintain process server status. Collaboration with team members to improve processes is key. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Responsibilities
- Answer inquires and resolve issues from process servers
- Oversees distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers
- Work in Skye (in-house application) to ensure orders are being dispatched and fulfilled
- Monitor process server status to ensure they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work
- Obtain status of orders via phone calls, fax, court docket that have been dispatched with Sheriff
- Collaborate with team members to find broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks
- Resolves issues on task board in Skye
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service or IT experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Legal Process as plus
