Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional services or recruiting environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Experience using CRM systems, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote work environment
• High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with clients and candidates
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a virtual team

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and candidate inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about company services, job openings, and application processes
• Support candidates through the application and interview process, ensuring a smooth experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between recruiters and candidates
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance overall satisfaction
