Join our team as a customer service representative and provide excellent customer care, answering client inquiries, offering product information, and resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically. You will manage incoming calls, emails, and chats, adhering to company procedures and striving to exceed targets. Responsibilities include recording customer interactions, handling account changes, and potentially upselling products. Flexible hours and remote work options are available. The position requires previous customer support experience, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, multitasking abilities, and strong time management skills. Requirements
- Have previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Be excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms
- Possess basic computer skills and experience
- Be able to multitask
- Have excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Be able to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Be customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care and focus; assess customersβ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
- Record, organize and file customer interactions and account changes
- Up-sell if needed
- Schedule call back and appoints to resolve customer needs
