• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong skill set in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Field a high volume of inbound customer requests
• Fills out quote request information, detailing parameters of print job
• Coordinates the handling of customer pre-press material and specifications for to print job
• Works closely with sales, production, and scheduling teams
• Enters orders into the system as received from customers
