Summary
Join OneTouch Direct, a leading provider of contact center solutions, as a Remote Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions. You will need exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and technical requirements include a Windows 10 PC with ethernet connection, USB headset, and webcam. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion
- Willingness to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity
- A laptop or desktop PC (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10
- Direct ethernet connection for internet access is mandatory
- USB headset (not wireless) featuring noise-canceling capabilities
- A functioning webcam (external or built-in) for video communication
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by our clients
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a patient demeanor while assisting customers
- Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records of customer communications
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in the contact center industry is advantageous
