Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or working in a contact center, specifically handling inbound inquiries
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, web browsers, and MS Office/GSuite
  • Enjoyment in interacting with customers
  • Excellent writing skills and a strong command of the Polish language
  • Familiarity with communication and persuasion techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Quick learning ability
  • Resilience under pressure and stress
  • A focus on achieving goals
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
  • Strong teamwork skills and a passion for collaborative work

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues during inbound contacts via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Make outbound contacts to customers to provide or obtain information needed to resolve issues
  • Handle customer interactions in a way that ensures the highest number of issues are resolved on the first contact
  • Provide customers with information on how Booksy Biz and Booksy for Clients work and their functionalities
  • Inform customers about subscriptions, invoices, and payments
  • Propose solutions tailored to the needs of customers within the scope of services provided by Booksy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service within the tech industry
  • Knowledge of English
