Requirements

  • Speak native Polish
  • Have excellent language skills in English (at least C1 level)
  • Have online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
  • Be open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
  • Have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
  • Have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries and educating our customers on our products by chat and email
  • Troubleshooting problems for customers
  • Coordinating solutions with IT and management
  • Handling onboarding calls with customers
  • Helping customers build successful businesses
