Summary

Join KONUX as a Lead Customer Success Manager for Central Europe to drive customer transformation and expand product footprint. You will be responsible for delivering complex roll-out projects, managing customer relationships, and providing feedback to the Product Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering/Science; MBA degree preferred
  • Approx. 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in client management roles within industries such as Railway, Transportation, Manufacturing, Healthcare, ICT, B2G, or public entity clients
  • Proven experience with SaaS customer success frameworks as well as a deep understanding of IoT and Digitization concepts
  • Track record of managing strategic tasks as well as delivering complex projects with a β€œgetting-things-done” attitude
  • Creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills to identify and seize opportunities; comfortable with risk-taking and ambiguity
  • Executive engagement know-how with an ability to establish strong relationships with business decision-makers
  • Experience how to lead team members without having disciplinary authority
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Highly collaborative and supportive, yet able to function well independently

Responsibilities

  • Support the customer in their journey of transformation
  • Expand KONUX product footprint and service scope at your customer
  • Successfully manage and deliver complex roll-out projects and Service Delivery at customer organizations
