This role requires a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience and familiarity with accounting software. Requirements
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (accounts receivable, accounts payable, ledger balancing, reconciliation)

- Minimum 4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience (preferably in a SaaS, real estate, or brokerage environment) or a degree in accounting or finance
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on SkySlope Books accounting workflows, features, and best practices
- Serve as a point of contact for escalations and lead special process mapping related to accounting workflows and customer needs
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to escalate and resolve bugs, provide customer feedback, and support new feature rollouts and roadmap changes
- Provide tailored recommendations and solutions to improve customer bookkeeping practices within the platform
- Manage advanced customer inquiries related to commission structures, transaction workflows, accounting mappings, and system configuration without requiring escalation to management
- Conduct regular account health reviews to identify gaps in product adoption or accounting process execution
- Perform transactional data audits to ensure system accuracy and flag any inconsistencies
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation, training guides, and customer tutorials as needed
- Maintain strong records of customer interactions, case management, and action plans within internal systems
- Support upsell and expansion efforts by identifying additional product needs, such as add-on services or higher-tier support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Lone Wolf, BrokerMint, or similar) preferred
- Tax filing/1099 filing knowledge and experience
- Prior experience with real estate accounting strongly preferred
