Summary

Requirements

  • Possess 2+ years of customer-facing experience supporting a complex and rapidly evolving product OR have Recruiting/Recruiting Operations experience as an Ashby user
  • Be skilled at defining the scope of problems and creating comprehensive solutions independently and collaboratively
  • Possess keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough, clear, and empathetic communication
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively communicating with diverse user groups
  • Be curious in addressing customers and creating solutions that improve workflows

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a book of customers, serving as the main point of contact
  • Handle customer inquiries via shared inbox and calls, adhering to SLAs
  • Manage medium and large projects core to the team's operations
  • Create high-quality onboarding materials, documentation, and e-webinars
  • Assist customers via email and calls as needed

  • Enjoy becoming a subject matter and product expert to help deliver excellent experiences when assisting our customers in solving complex challenges
  • Enjoy getting in the weeds with customers to figure out what exactly they need to suggest the best path forward
