Summary

Requirements
- Possess 2+ years of customer-facing experience supporting a complex and rapidly evolving product OR have Recruiting/Recruiting Operations experience as an Ashby user
- Be skilled at defining the scope of problems and creating comprehensive solutions independently and collaboratively
- Possess keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough, clear, and empathetic communication
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively communicating with diverse user groups
- Be curious in addressing customers and creating solutions that improve workflows
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a book of customers, serving as the main point of contact
- Handle customer inquiries via shared inbox and calls, adhering to SLAs
- Manage medium and large projects core to the team's operations
- Create high-quality onboarding materials, documentation, and e-webinars
- Assist customers via email and calls as needed

- Enjoy becoming a subject matter and product expert to help deliver excellent experiences when assisting our customers in solving complex challenges
- Enjoy getting in the weeds with customers to figure out what exactly they need to suggest the best path forward
