Customer Success Manager

You will provide training and support to schools and MATs using Bromcom Finance products, offering 1-2-1 phone and onsite support. The role involves ongoing consultancy services, acting as a point of escalation for customer issues, managing your calendar effectively, and conducting proactive health checks. Some travel may be involved. Candidates must be highly motivated, positive, and adaptable.

Requirements

• Experience of existing school finance software and key processes, such as a school bursar, business manager or finance manager
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Natural interest in systems - data analysis and reporting
• Ability to learn and adapt as our software changes
• Self-organised and a self starter
• Excellent people skills

Responsibilities

• Provide training to and act as a Customer Success Manager for schools and MATs – applying your knowledge of the Bromcom Finance products to provide 1-2-1 phone call and onsite support for new users; covering key business processes
• On an ongoing basis, provide an enhanced advice and consultancy services on software best use
• Act as a point of escalation for your customers, for example on helpdesk cases
• Manage your own calendar to ensure that your time is spent where needed
• Conduct health checks and other proactive checks on your sites, as part of the service
