Requirements

  • Possess a bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field (e.g., remote sensing engineering, geospatial studies, business); advanced degrees are a plus
  • Have proven experience in applying geospatial and remote sensing data to practical, real-world use cases
  • Be proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong familiarity with geospatial analysis tools and GIS software (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, ENVI)
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills paired with a customer-first mindset
  • Demonstrate critical thinking abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and solving customer challenges
  • Have a track record of successfully building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Have experience managing multiple projects or customers simultaneously, supported by outstanding organizational skills
  • Be competent in interpreting and working with geospatial datasets, including conducting basic statistical analyses

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding processes and deliver tailored training to ensure proficiency with constellrโ€™s data solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
  • Oversee the timely delivery of customer data orders by coordinating with internal teams to meet expectations
  • Collaborate with customers to implement and develop solutions tailored to their specific needs
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams, helping to shape product improvements and enhance user experience
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, coordinating across departments to ensure swift resolutions
  • Monitor customer success metrics, identify potential risks of churn, and implement strategies to address them
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities, highlight customer success stories, and share insights
  • Actively seek and report on customer feedback, using insights to improve solutions and services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with Python programming for data analysis or automation
  • Be proficient in additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese
  • Have familiarity with working with governmental customers and addressing their unique requirements
  • Have knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and other data integration technologies
  • Have hands-on experience with CRM tools and workflow management platforms
  • Have insight into the applications of satellite data, especially thermal data, in fields like agriculture, environmental monitoring, industrial monitoring, or urban planning
  • Have a foundational understanding of space missions and satellite data operations
