Requirements

  • Have a few years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Have experience in delivering software demonstrations
  • Possess a strong technical affinity
  • Have basic knowledge of contract management
  • Be proficient in both Dutch and English
  • Have an academic (WO) working and thinking level
  • Have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and retain new customers
  • Manage customer relationships after a new license is signed
  • Provide software demonstrations
  • Draft contracts
  • Work on RFPs
  • Write articles
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Conduct webinars
  • Conduct strategic meetings to help customers navigate software and elevate their email marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and databases
  • Have experience with the functional setup of software systems
