Requirements
- Have a few years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- Have experience in delivering software demonstrations
- Possess a strong technical affinity
- Have basic knowledge of contract management
- Be proficient in both Dutch and English
- Have an academic (WO) working and thinking level
- Have a valid driverβs license
Responsibilities
- Onboard and retain new customers
- Manage customer relationships after a new license is signed
- Provide software demonstrations
- Draft contracts
- Work on RFPs
- Write articles
- Conduct training sessions
- Conduct webinars
- Conduct strategic meetings to help customers navigate software and elevate their email marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Have knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and databases
- Have experience with the functional setup of software systems
