Summary

Join Deel as an IT Customer Success Manager and play a pivotal role in onboarding, growing, and ensuring the success and satisfaction of Deel IT customers. Focus on improving customer retention and contributing to overall company revenue targets. You will develop and nurture strong client relationships, onboard customers successfully, and provide tailored support and training. As a trusted partner, you will understand client business needs and advocate for improvements. Proactively identify opportunities to expand offerings within client accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of customer success principles and experience with complex B2B SaaS products.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a customer/client success role, with a strong understanding of solving complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in French or German, as well as English
  • Experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly becoming a product expert
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace challenges

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture client relationships with your book of business, focusing on long-term growth
  • Onboard Deel IT customers successfully and partner for long-term growth
  • Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training to ensure customer success from day one
  • Become a trusted partner to your accounts, providing white-glove service and understanding their business needs
  • Advocate for the customer within Deel IT to identify areas for improvement and deliver excellence; proactively work as a project manager
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand and grow our offering within the client
  • Learn Deel's wider product offerings to support accounts in their Deel IT journey, supported by Customer Service and Operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in MDM, End Point security, or SaaS for IT teams
