Summary

Join Hostinger's Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager and lead a global team of leaders. Requirements

  • Leadership experience: at least 1 year in a leadership role, with a proven ability to coach and develop customer success teams
  • Technical knowledge: familiarity with web hosting, cloud solutions, or troubleshooting technical issues

Responsibilities

  • Consistently ensure high Customer Satisfaction and regularly measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Guide Customer Success Team Leaders and other team members in ensuring accurate and efficient conversations' resolution by any necessary means
  • Raise the bar for the Customer Success Specialists’ technical skills and requirements
  • Discover opportunities for service growth and provide qualitative suggestions & improvements on product features to the CS Customer Experience Manager
  • Interview and hire team members when needed, aligning recruitment needs with the hiring team
  • Ensure the team keeps up-to-date on Hostinger’s products, strategy, and pricing, etc
  • Foster a motivated, growing, high-performing team
