Requirements
- This role is open for graduates as well as individuals from other industries
- A degree or experience in SaaS and hospitality letβs our β€οΈ beat faster
- Prior experience in a client facing role is a must
- Experience in eCommerce and working with Google Analytics
- You are a German native, your oral and written English skills are excellent
Responsibilities
- Manage the whole customer journey for your clients from onboarding to continued success
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features for them to maximize their outcomes
- Take responsibility for customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls, clients workshops or strategic business reviews
- Identify opportunities for expansion and educate about additional Hotelchamp products
- Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
