Requirements

  • Prior experience in a client facing role is a must
  • Experience in eCommerce and working with Google Analytics
  • You are a German native, your oral and written English skills are excellent

Responsibilities

  • Manage the whole customer journey for your clients from onboarding to continued success
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features for them to maximize their outcomes
  • Take responsibility for customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls, clients workshops or strategic business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and educate about additional Hotelchamp products
  • Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
